Description
Who is He-Man You ask He-Man was a cartoon way back in the 80s starting in 1983 with a tremendous run for a full 2 years through 1985. There were 130 episodes with 5 lost episodes where Prince Adam (He-Man) Man-At-arms and Cringer the Battlecat were all stranded by Skeletor on a deserted Island. After 2 weeks without food the three drew straws to see who was going to be eaten by the other two. Little did anyone suspect that Man-At-Arms made sure that Cringer got the short straw. The cat fed both Adam and Man-At-Arms for three more weeks without any problems arising. Unfortunately the whole deserted island was an illusion created by Skeletor for his own enjoyment. He-Man realized this just as he was getting the fire ready for the consumption of his (ex)friend Man-At-Arms when he saw the ocean landscape suddenly change to the courtyard of Snake Mountain Castle complete with Skeletor King Hiss and his Snake-Men all doubled over with laughter. Yeah.. that was the good ol' days when cartoons were blood thirsty and there were no such things as tv restrictions. Back when they had lawn darts the fun kind that could kill you in the back yard when you and your drunken friends would decide to try something equivalent to 'Blind Man's William Tell meets Catch meets Lawn Darts.' Ahh the good ol' days. In the cartoon series He-Man and his friends defend the planet Eternia and the secrets of Castle Grayskull from the evil forces of the evil Skeletor that resides in Evil Snake Mountain. Eventually some idiot genious decided to conduct CPR on the old cartoon and in 1990 created The New Adventures of He-Man which has He-Man summoned to the future world of Primus (not the rock group).
